Size Selection & Exchange Option

- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Replacement will be shipped only after receiving the item in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A parcel opening video (continuous, uncut, from opening to showing the issue) is mandatory.
- Without video proof, requests cannot be processed.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
- If verified, resolution will be provided via replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Orders
- Report within 24 hours with parcel opening video proof.
- Correct item will be arranged upon verification.
Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Please check size, color, and address details before completing purchase.
